What is National Night Out™?
National Night Out™ (NNO) is an opportunity for communities to nationwide to promote police-community partnerships, crime prevention and neighborhood camaradarie.

Why participate in NNO?
National Night Out™ is designed to:
- Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness
- Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs
- Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships
- Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back

Who is invited?
If you live the Community Watch Area, you are invited. You do not have to own your home to come to NNO or to be part of the Community Watch. We have also invited Raleigh Police District 26 and the Fire Department.

Does it cost anything?
There is no cost to attend.

Why should I come?
To meet your neighbors and to show your support for our Community. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Pleasant Ridge and Ramsgate Community Watch.

What do I need to bring?
A chair if you have it (we will have some) and a non-alcoholic beverage. You may want to put bug spray on before you arrive.

Will there be food?
We will be having watermelon.

Will there be give-a-ways?
Yes! We have received coupons for Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad courtesy of General Mills that we will he handing out to attendees.

Will there be activities for children?
We plan on having sidewalk chalk, ring toss, hula-hoop, and more.
